The Yuma East Lot Owners Association, Inc. is an active Association. All property owners in the Yuma East Subdivision are members of YELOA. YELOA exists to identify, defend, and maintain the Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation. The CC&Rs aid in maintaining the esthetic value as well as the real estate value for the Yuma East community. The CC&Rs also aid in maintaining Yuma East as a Federally designated Community for Older Persons - +55.
YELOA has a Board of Directors that meet September through May at Yuma East Country Club: 11357 E. 35th Place, Yuma, AZ to discuss our internal needs and the neighborhoods good standing with the community, Yuma County and the State of Arizona.
YELOA Board of Directors meets normally on the 4th Monday of every month with the exceptions of June, July and August. YELOA meetings are open to all YELOA Members.
Annual dues are $30 per year with a one-time transfer fee $300 charged to new owners.
